Need a race to follow up my first ultra performance..... what to decided by this weekend so I can start training properly.... any ideas or suggestions????? this is what we've narrowed it down to.........

Well before the race on Facebook I had talked to Kami Semick and she had just planned to run in the 3:40's and siad we'll probably be running together. Hey it's Friday at 7:31am and we are picking up the rental car at 11 am today, I have never written a blog before but I've got a lot on my mind so here goes.
