This weekend at Bornholm in Denmark
This weekend sees the running of the 48hr in Denmark. I will be getting some footage sent to me from Jesper Olsen's Lifepilot device at the track. I will be putting this footage on the post above when it arrives.
Hopefully it gives an extra layer to the blog and what we can provide!

I'm training for another go at the South Africa 6 day race in April 2009 so don't have a social life so the computer is the next best thing!!
I am doing really well in Colorado. Almost 2 years ago I married Brandi, an American. I met her at a small 100 mile race in Germany.
We live in the Rocky Mountain around 160 k west from Denver.
Trail running is a lot different to road running, alone the wet feet.
How is your running coming along?
