Need a race to follow up my first ultra performance..... what to decided by this weekend so I can start training properly.... any ideas or suggestions????? this is what we've narrowed it down to......... 1. Well here are just a few things about the race I'll probably have more later. Well before the race on Facebook I had talked to Kami Semick and she had just planned to run in the 3:40's and siad we'll probably be running together. Hey it's Friday at 7:31am and we are picking up the rental car at 11 am today, I have never written a blog before but I've got a lot on my mind so here goes. So we picked my first ultra marathon in 2.5 years, and 2nd ever to be the USA National Championship or Caumsett 50k, this Sunday at 8:30am.
